Beauty can emerge from the broken pieces of our lives. When one of my paintings is incomplete or without direction, instead of painting over it, I cut it up and repurpose the best parts to create something new. For me, these collage chapels feel like an open sanctuary full of wonder, worship and freedom.

Acrylic on canvas adhered to wood and nestled into a espresso stained wooden frame. The frame is 10”x10”. There is a wire attached to the back for framing.
